1.Purpose and Characteristic

MF25 filter half mask is applied to the workers, who work in the different filed, such as industry, the agriculture, the scientific organization and so on. It can protect users from C6H6 and Substituted C6H6, Gasoline,Acetone,CS2,Aether,NH3, H2S, CL2,S02, H2S, HOX and so on.

The product’s components are the body of mask, the cartridge, Inhale and exhale valves, rubber headbands.

2. Technical Standards

2.1 Cartridge (1#) life time ≥ 20 min; Cartridge (3#) life time ≥ 45 min; Cartridge (4#) life time ≥ 25 min; Cartridge (7#) life time ≥ 30 min

2.2 The Leakage coefficient of mask<5%

2.3 The resistance of exhalation <50Pa

2.4 The total resistance of cartridge and inspiratory valve≤100Pa

2.5 The resistance of cartridge≤80 Pa

3. Use and Notice

3.1 Before using, check all parts of the mask are ready or not. If there is something leaky or broken, it should be forbiddened to use

3.2 During the using, when the cartridge loses efficacy, and the scent of the gas can be smelled in the half mask, the user should leave the working area at once and change a new one. The half mask needs to be checked again if necessary.

3.3 After using, the half face piece should be cleaned by alcohol or 1% peracetic acid, but it forbidden to be soaked in water, in case the cartridge loses efficacy.

3.4 This kind of half mask is not suitable for using at the place where the quantity of the oxygen is lower than 18% (volume) in the air or the environment seal up, such as the trough, a jar and so on.

3.5 The half mask should be stored in the cool and dry place, and be not contacted the organic solvent.

3.6 Storage life: 5 years.
